Insomnia and Cannabis

There are numerous drugs to treat Insomnia, such as Benzodiazepines, Valium and Xanax. The Side Effects of these drugs are very damaging to your overall health. CBD or CBD w/THC Goal is Homeostasis. - Medium: These cases when CBD is not enough, or the amounts you need to take become very expensive. Stressed induced Insominia, Interupted sleep due to Pain. CBD w/THC will be the most helpful and cost effective.

- Chronic: For more extreme cases of Stressed induced Insominia, Interupted sleep due to Pain. CBDw/THC will be stronger higher THC Oil.

Extra TIP: With Medium to Chronic Sleep Problems we suggest to take a small dose an hour or two before Bed to help quiet the mind, and relax. This is not the best time to start an activity that energizes your mind or body. Start to think about winding down the day, than 30 minutes before bed take the other ½ of your dose and add a drop or two for extra help.
